Your Semper & Adhuc watch is guaranteed against any manufacturing defects during a period of 24 months starting the day of the delivery of your watch, as precised thereafter.
Your Semper & Adhuc watch is guaranteed against any manufacturing defects during a period of 24 months starting the day of the delivery of your watch, as precised thereafter. Any components recognised faulty because of a manufacturing defect ascertained by our technical service will be change with no charge.
However, our international warranty policy expressly exclude: defects by accidents, improper use, abusive use (shocks, falls, voluntary squashing…), alteration , manipulation by another workshop during the 24 months of warranty by Semper & Adhuc, damages caused by natural wear of the watchband and scratching of the glass.
Nonetheless, if you detect a defect during this period, we would be glad to be informed and contacted so that we can take over and carry out the repair needed.
